Upon completion of our Microsoft Word 2003 level 1 training you will be able to create many standard documents used in the workplace, gain a thorough understanding of word processing and format your documents.

This course assumes no prior knowledge of Microsoft Word. However, it would be beneficial to have a general understanding of personal computers and the Windows operating system as you will be required to start applications, work with and copy files, and locate file folders.
