Upon completion of our Microsoft Outlook 2003 level 1 course you will be able to use the key features of Microsoft Outlook 2003 to manage your e-mail, schedule your appointments, and keep track of your contact information.

This course is designed for participants with little or no knowledge of Outlook 2003. A basic knowledge of the Windows environment would be beneficial.
