The QEXEQ led development of Managed IP Telephony (MIPT) training was undertaken to bridge the gap between VoIP customer expectations and the technical requirements to successfully deploy a MIPT solution. Attendee feedback confirmed that QEXEQ exceeded expectations by delivering training that was technically informative, market relevant and focussed on an employee's job requirements.

The audience for the Telstra courses developed by QEXEQ is restricted to current Telstra employees and Telstra approved business partners. Course bookings and enrolments  are administered by Ross Managed Training Services.
